PRICE INCREASE 2022

Over the last 3 years but particularly over the last 12 months, Dincel have experienced significant cost pressures. Whilst we have tried to keep operating costs down, there are several unavoidable cost increases that we can no longer absorb and we look to you with an understanding that they need to be passed on. These include, but are not limited to, raw material, electricity, freight and labour cost increases all contributing to the cost of serving our customers.
Whilst we have looked at all areas in an effort to rein in costs and keep any increases as modest as possible we will be continuing to invest in Research & Development, The Dincel Academy and After Sales Service Managers to continue to lead the industry in terms of innovation and the quality of installed product.
Nationally, according to CoreLogic, the second quarter of 2022 showed residential construction costs increased 10.0% over the previous 12 months representing the highest annual growth rate on record since the introduction of the GST. Whilst Dincel will not require increases of this magnitude, we will require increases as follows:
