Information on how to enter and details of Prize form part of these Terms. Entry into the Promotion detailed below is deemed acceptance of these Terms and entrants warrant that they are not prohibited from accepting the Prize.

The Trade Promotion (“Promotion”) is run by Dincel Construction System Pty Ltd (“Dincel”) on ABN 083 839 614 of 101 Quarry Rd Erskine Park NSW 2759 (“Promotor”). 

Entry is open to customers of the Promotor residing in ACT, NSW, VIC or QLD only where the owner is 18 years of age or older, but excludes members of Dincel board, Dincel employees, all other parties and subsidiaries (employees or agents) associated with data access in connection with Promotion administration, and their immediate family. 

It is the responsibility of all persons who wish to participate in the Promotion to ensure they are eligible under all applicable laws to accept the Prize offered as part of the Promotion. 

The Promotion commences 9am 26 September 2022 and closes 5pm 31 October 2022 Eastern Standard Time. 

The Prize consists of 1 x Dincel branded esky valued at $150 for the first 50 individual stock Dincel 275 Column Kit orders placed by 5pm 31 October 2022 at full list price. 1 Prize per company and will be dispatched once the stock Dincel 275 Column Kit(s) have shipped to site. 

Any orders cancelled after the Promotion period and prior to delivery of the Prize become null and void, and ineligible to participate in the Promotion. 

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone call with the Prize delivered to the recorded owner of the entity who paid for the eligible order associated with the Promotion, beginning mid November 2022 and at the Promotors expense.

No re-draw arrangements are applicable. Should any Prize remain available at the conclusion of the promotional period Dincel reserves the right to use the Prize for future promotional opportunities at their discretion. 

All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
